The Olive Tree Restaurant is located in Northam just outside of Bideford and within 5 minutes’ drive of Appledore, Instow, and Westward Ho!

Food served in the restaurant from 6pm – 8pm weekdays.
Food served in the restaurant from 6pm-8.30pm Friday & Saturdays.

Whilst the restaurant is open on Monday & Tuesday evenings, this will not be table service.

Functions

With a capacity of 40 – 80 guests, Bideford’s Olive Tree Restaurant can be hired for private functions and events, such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversary parties. For smaller parties, the adjoining Aviary Room or The Appledore Bar provide a more intimate space. We can cater from 4 to 80 people dining, with bespoke menus and matched wines provided on request. We cater for all events, including:

With its Victorian Oak panelling, traditional décor, chandelier lighting and oak chairs and tables, the Olive Tree Restaurant is a popular choice for parties looking for a something that little bit extra special.

We serve fine a la carte and grill menus, on which you’ll find something for everyone. We are also able to provide a bespoke menu if required – please contact us with your requirements.

As always, all dishes are freshly prepared on the premises by our top chefs, using local ingredients wherever possible.

This was better than I expected we went there for evening dinner, good size portion, good variety to choose from , and excellent food and the serving staff were great always helpful and always with smile and all at a very reasonable price great location, the bar drinks were very reasonable plenty of free parking, free wi fi, I do highly recommend it

We arrived at the restaurant and was shown to a table straight away. We each had a 3 course meal and wine and it was excellent value for money, the service was amazing and the food arrived quickly and freshly prepared and hot.
